Your choices matter. You can ask a question without signing up for marketing texts. We do not sell phone numbers or share website inquiry information with outside lenders, vendors, or other businesses for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and mobile opt-in information are not shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and deliver requested communications.

WordPress.com and Jetpack provide hosting, forms, security, and website features. Follow Up Boss helps manage inquiries, communications, and related website activity. Its tracking tools may associate visits and submitted contact details with a contact profile. IDX Broker provides listing search and related account and inquiry features. Google Analytics helps measure visits and website interactions.
Information may be processed by these providers, their supporting vendors, and authorized team or brokerage personnel as needed for the requested service. If you ask us to introduce you to a lender or another professional, we will discuss the information needed for that introduction; those businesses have their own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the website.
Providers have their own practices and terms. Read the privacy notices for Automattic, Follow Up Boss, IDX Broker, and Google. Links to social networks take you to their services. Embedded social media, videos, or property tools may send technical information to their providers when they load or are used.

Please identify the request and the contact details we would have received. Do not send identity documents with an initial request.
